Getting Started

  • No referral is needed. You can book directly online through our scheduling portal. Simply select book an appointment and choose a time that works for you.

  • We provide mental health services to adults and teens residing in California, Iowa, Ohio, Arizona, Maine, West Virginia, or Colorado.

    You must be located within one of these states at the time of your appointment. For minors, parent or guardian consent may be required.

  • Your first visit is a 30-minute comprehensive evaluation. During this appointment, we will review your medical and mental health history, current symptoms, medications, and treatment goals. Together, we will develop a personalized care plan that may include medication management, laboratory testing, and/or supplements

  • New Patient Psychiatric Evaluation:

    $105 | 30 minutes

    Follow-up Medication Management:

    $65 | 15 minutes

  • Payment is collected after your appointment , not at the time of booking. Your card on file is charged once your visit is complete. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure scheduling portal.

Medications & Treatment

  • We specialize in medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and more for adults 18 and older. If you're unsure whether we're a good fit, feel free to reach out before booking.

  • We specialize in non-controlled medication management and psychiatric care

  • Prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy. Most patients can pick up their medications within 24 hours of their appointment.

  • The frequency of follow-up appointments depends on your individual treatment plan. Generally, new patients are seen every 4 weeks initially, with appointments becoming less frequent once your condition is stable. At your first visit, we will recommend a follow-up schedule tailored to your specific needs.
